Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in planning and scheduling project timelines, tasks and deliverables

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and foster strong partnerships with business stakeholders. Mandatory Skill-set

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• A minimum of 10 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in program management within a large organization;
• Experienced to lead and oversee large scale migration / platform upgrade projects within the organization;
• Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management;
• Exceptional leadership and project management capabilities;
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills;
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively;

Desired Skill-set

• PMP or Scrum Certified;

Responsibilities

• Project Manage, gather and understand the business objectives with multiple business stakeholders on projects;
• Manage the projects from end-to-end, quality, budgets and teams to completion;
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams while motivating and coaching team members to ensure project success;
• Lead technical design and architecture reviews for project related enhancements and investigations on system issues;
• Manage and communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management and project sponsors;
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with organizational goals;
• Work with technical and functional teams, vendors, business stakeholders and delivery teams;
• Manage external service providers and vendors to ensure operational SLA is met;
• Provide proposals for internal teams on functional and technical scope, architecture, system integration, user experience and training;
• Formulate solution plans on gaps identified for the project;
• Keep abreast of regulatory/legislation changes that affects the compliance, procedures and processes;
• Support regulatory audit and review activities for projects;
• Work closely with IT Infrastructure and Cloud team to ensure systems are well supported by underlying infrastructure in an hybrid environment;
• Work closely with IT Governance to ensure all audit and compliance requirements in the project area are met.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

· Responsible for driving and executing the success in commercial sales project installations.

· Oversees the planning, execution and completion of the installation projects in accordance with relevant building regulations and standards.

· Ability to spearhead in resolving site challenges effectively with team resources.

· Administer Purchase Orders to factory and suppliers with internal stakeholders’ supports to ensure smooth delivery to site.

· Review and approve payments to sub-contractors and suppliers.

· Review and submit progressive payments to Clients’ portal after completion.

Requirements

· Degree in Mechanical / Electrical

· Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in same or higher capacity.

· Dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active and result-oriented individual with a proven track record in the building industry.

· Able to perform within tight timeline to meet project objectives.

· Strong in people management, coordination, and customer fronting.

· Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude.

· Able to undertake all projects/jobs assigned by management.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
