Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Campaigns: Identify target companies and key decision-makers; develop and execute marketing strategies across digital platforms, including social media, and email marketing.
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research, data-gathering on ERP market segments, decision-makers, communications channels, and industry trends
• Search Engine Optimization & Analytics: Optimize search rankings through keyword research and link-building; analyse performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
• Event and Partnership Coordination: Plan and execute marketing events such as webinars, trade shows, and industry conferences; build industry partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or IT related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in IT software and/or ERP solutions.
• Expertise in B2B digital marketing and campaign management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Build and manage a sales team, set performance goals and objectives, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.

Maintain good rapport and business relationships with existing customers in related marble products.

Develop strong working relationship with customers through interpreting customers'needs and ensuring customers' satisfaction.

Identify and develop new business opportunities and leads.

Understand market trends, customer’s changing requirements to develop and plan sales strategies.

Coordinate department activities and projects to meet project timelines

Conduct Products & Technical Presentation/Demonstration to Consultants / Architects / Main & Sub Contractors.

All related Sales and Marketing duties. (Projects follow up, Preparation of Quote, Project submission, Site meeting and collection)

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth highly preferred.

Knowledge in Plumbing & Sanitary and experience in liaising with Consultants & Architects will be an advantage.

Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs.

Carries out feasibility studies and presents design proposals

Prepares tender documentation, schedules and material specifications

Oversees progress on-site work and resolves any arising issues

Collaborate with clients and consultants in design reviews

Work with the relevant parties in the authorities' submission, project execution, coordination and on-site construction supervision

Ensures design quality and authority compliance
