· Work experience as a Hair Salon Assistant Manager or Superviosor role in the beauty industry

· 5 years of prior experience in managing of Hair-salon and hairdressing skills

· Service-oriented with leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills

· Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage shifts and appointments

· Able to commit to retail hours
