• Administer students' admissions, withdrawals, course completions, attendance tracking, and payment processes.
• Manage the front desk and attend to walk-in customers, student inquiries, feedback, complaints, and requests.
• Respond to email and phone inquiries related to courses.
• Coordinate various school administrative matters between different departments.
• Provide assistance to the Head of School and lecturers as needed.
• Assist with ad-hoc departmental responsibilities, such as marketing workshops, outreach, student orientation, and graduation ceremonies, as required.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Department Manager or Vice President, Academic.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or GCE ‘A’ level holder.
• Two years of relevant working experience in an international private education setting.
• A good track record in the service industry, with a passion for customer service and achieving excellence in customer satisfaction.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities.

• Maintain full set of accounts.
• Ensures that the accounting database is maintained accurately, and all relevant internal reports are prepared on a timely basis. You will also be responsible for fundamental accounting functions (bank, cash, authorization controls) including journal preparation and balance sheet reconciliations
• Monitor fund movement through bank reconciliation
• Maintain proper records of assets of the Organization
• Provides timely and accurate reporting of monthly management accounts, investigating variances, correcting errors where necessary
• Prepare and update Financial Reports & schedules for accounts for audit
• Liaising with external auditors for the audit of annual financial statements
• Assist in submission of financial and regulatory reporting on accounts and governance issues to IRAS
• Prepare and submission of Quarterly GST
• Prepare daily & weekly payroll & advances to Security Officers
• Prepare monthly balance salary to Security Officers
• Prepare tax clearance for resigned foreign employees
• Prepare e-submission of employment income for all employees
• General Admin duties assigned, ad-hoc assignment and any other tasks as assigned by Director
• 6 days work per week (able to help with urgent payment at night and on Sunday)

Business Development Executive (F&B Industry)

• Working days: 5.5 days work week
• Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Salary: $3000 to $4000 + Car Allowance $1200 + Commission (quarterly) + AWS (Dec) + Bonus (June)

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing new prospects and maintaining existing accounts in the Food Service/ HORECA channels.
• Identify leads and develop strong business relationship with customers
• Maintaining of good rapport with existing customers
• Responsible for driving growth and achievement of monthly sales target
• Managing customer’s account receivables to ensure timely and prompt payment
• Monitor current trends in the industry with competitors and market activities

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• Min. 1-3 years of relevant Business Development / Sales experience in F&B industry (Preferred in Food Service Channels)
• Driving license with own Transport is a must to perform customer visits
