• Involved in contract execution as assigned including but not limited to interface with sub-contractors, technical specification compliance, on shore supports, project cost control and monitoring, delivery assurance, as built documents compilation and submission etc.
• Post project administration includes but not limited to Account
• Receivable expediting, Account Payable assurance, project post- mortem and final project P&L report.
• Provide support to intra department ISO 9001 certification including training, education, auditing etc

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and preferable in engineering training.
• Training in or understanding of supply chain management will be an added advantage
• Knowledge in contract law, ISO 9001 QMS and negotiation skills are a plus
• Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience or 5 years working experiences in oil and gas industry
• PC literate especially in MS Office particular Excel, Words.and Adobe. Able to work in an ERP environment. Understanding MS Project etc will be a plus
• The candidate must come with high initiative, resourceful, able to plan ahead and willing to learn / explore new things. The willingness to meet and socialize with customers for future contracts is a plus.

Overview

Reporting to the Imaging Informatics Manager, the Executive Assistant will be part of the team that administers the daily operations of Radiology Information System (RIS), Picture Archival Communication System (PACS), EPIC NGEMR System and its components in the Diagnostic Imaging department. The candidate is expected to upkeep and ensure that the applications are working in requirements with departmental and operational needs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

1. Assist the team with day-to-day operations of RISPACS, NGEMR systems and Diagnostic Imaging equipment to users
2. Perform image amendment requests
3. Perform daily administration of PACS application and RIS modules, maintaining system and data integrity.
4. Rostered to provide 24/7 on call support on a rotational basis.
5. Communicate IT issues identified by users to vendors or respective parties involved.
6. Respond to systems related issues in a timely manner and escalate when necessary.
7. Assist department with inport and export of radiology images from private imaging centers and/or to patients
8. Assist in image or data extraction and de- identification of images based on accepted hospital policies.
9. Work with hospital IT Department, vendors, and end-users’ groups to coordinate change requests pertaining to Radiology IT systems.
10. Involved in project management and assist in system migration and implementation phases of current to incumbent system. Scope of work includes project milestones such as requirement gathering, design, testing, implementation and BAU.

12. Perform any other duties assigned by Imaging Informatics Manager/HOD

Requirement:

• Diploma in Business IT / Information Technology/ Health Informatics/ Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent with 2 to 3 years of working experience
• Basic understanding of IT and network concepts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and intermediate excel skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills
• Good attitude and willing to learn new knowledge.
• Able to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced setting.
• Willing to do on call duties and flexible in working hours as some tasks (such as system maintenance) can only be performed after office hours.
