We are looking for a self-motivated, meticulous and committed individual to join the Representation and Law Reform department. The successful candidate will be required to perform committee administration and legal administrative work, as well as provide support for the work of the Law Society’s Practice Committees, for the benefit of the Society’s members and the legal profession.

Responsibilities

• Organise and take minutes for Practice Committee meetings and meetings with the Courts and other external stakeholders

Requirements

In this position, you will be an individual contributor and eventually manage / lead a small team in the future. You are expected to work closely with Distribution team in driving partnership sales and operational delivery respectively. You will be expected to develop and support the delivery of a high-quality service to UHNW / HNW clients and intermediaries and carry out administrative tasks to coordinate and act as liaison for operational and administrative issues, as appropriate for the Singapore region.

• Prepare insurance quotes for prospective clients and maintain agreed service standards for emails and telephone enquiries from Distributors.

• Liaise between insurance companies, bank partners and service providers to ensure smooth process of applications and after-sales process.

• Support Distributors in their business building initiatives.
• Provide weekly statistical reporting for internal stakeholders.
