• Address resident complaints and feedback related to the project site.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders living or working near the construction site.
• Prepare and update weekly reports, and compile monthly reports for submission to HDB.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate records.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirement

• Working Location: West
• Working Days: 5 days
• Min 1-2 years of experience handling public relations

Summary:

• Basic salary up to $3000

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with employment agencies and source for good candidates
• Perform interview and select the right candidate for the company
• Follow MOM rules and regulations for employment
• Keep record of staff leaves
• Handle office administrative tasks and office purchase
• Upkeep company's assets
• Other related ad-hoc duties

Key Requirements:

• Able to attend HR related courses when required
• Bilingual in Mandarin language to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
• Candidates without relevant experience but keen to learn are welcomed
