Responsibilities

• Driving the integration and optimization of marketing technology solutions to enhance business growth. This position focuses on leveraging data-driven strategies, automation, and innovative tools to streamline marketing processes, improve performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee the implementation, integration, maintenance, and optimisation of MarTech platforms, including CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics software.
• Analyze marketing and customer data to generate actionable insights and improve campaign performance.
• Implement workflow automation using tools such as Zapier, AppScript, and RPA to improve marketing efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver hyper-personalized campaigns and innovative digital solutions.
• Support digital engagement strategies by optimizing content and user experiences across owned channels, including eDMs, social media, and websites.
• Stay updated on MarTech trends and test innovative solutions to elevate marketing performance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in IT or a related field with an interest in marketing and data analytics, 1-3 years of experience in a MarTech-focused role is preferred, no experience is welcome to apply, .
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Freshsales), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio), and marketing automation tools.
• Strong skills in automation and integration platforms like Zapier, AppScript, and RPA and website content management tools (e.g. Wordpress, Webflow)
• Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Prior experience in implementing marketing automation and hyper-personalized campaigns.
• Knowledge of APIs and data integration processes.
• Certification in MarTech platforms or related technologies is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
• Self-starter, goal-oriented, passionate about technology, and capable of quickly learning new IT solutions.

Your key responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution and delivery of assurance engagements.
• Perform a variety of assigned tasks and audit work procedures for a portfolio of diversified clients in different industries.
• Clearly and accurately document the execution of specific audit procedures as defined by the engagement objectives, planned audit approach and procedures, and global audit methodology.
• Recognize potential audit issues or unusual relationships from basic analysis of the financial statements and related information and communicate them to the assurance team.
