- Handling residents' and public complaints and feedback and answering phone calls.
Requirements
- GCE O Levels/A Levels/Diploma/Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
- Need to be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to converse in English and Mandarin/Tamil/Malay, inclusive of simple dialects (at times need to communicate with dialect speaking person)
- Customer-orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with good service attitude
