· Provide Foot Reflexology and Body Massage.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage project operations for piling works
• Manage operational budget, cost and productivity
• Manage machinery productivity and maintenance record
• Liaison between client and internal stakeholders
• Developing and implementing strategies aiming to promote the departmental growth
• Create complete business plans for the attainment of goals and department objectives set by the board of directors

Requirements:

• Prefer candidate to be able to converse in Japanese
• In depth knowledge of corporate governance principles and managerial best practices
• Strong understanding of operations management and measures of performance
• Experience in developing strategies and plans
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Meticulous and pro-active

• Involve in sales & project coordination for IT system / Security system (system training will be provided to understand what kind of solutions we are providing)
• Identify, understand and propose suitable solutions to meet customer’s needs and requirements. (training will be provided)
• Attend to sales enquiries, sales support
• Visit customers at their work place/office with business development manager or director
• Liaise with clients, vendors and team members to coordinate for on going projects

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Independent, energetic, customer driven and self-motivated.
• Min 2 years experience

· Manage realization of standard product R&D projects (full functional and commercial responsibility)

· Coordinate and ensure clear and effective communication with various departments (R&D, SCM, PM, Production etc)

· Fulfill marketing functional specifications, stay within assigned cost budgets and milestones

· Lead diverse internal and external cross functional project teams

· Manage and coordinate all project stakeholders (incl. international product management, suppliers of sub-systems, production, etc.)

· Continuous cost, quality, schedule, scope, technical performance, customer satisfaction and risk controlling

· Lead and facilitate sprint reviews and/or stand up meetings to coordinate across organization and ensure progress accordance to plans
