Position Overview:

The Technical Officer – Facilities Management is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of all facilities and building systems. - Prepare technical specifications for equipment services, system services, contract labor and ad-hoc maintenance services. Supervise and report performance of contractors to ensure good quality and progress of maintenance works, as well as full compliance with contract specifications

- To assist in the managing and controlling of maintenance equipment and spares

- Liaise, supervise and coordinate with contractors and vendors on projects, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs works

- Support Technical Team in investigation, analyze and determine the root cause of system defects.

- Support Technical Team in providing expertise for new programs and system

- Ensure project and maintenance SLA (Service Level Agreement) and customer satisfaction levels are met

- Any other technical or operations related duties that may be required allocated by Project Manager / System Engineer

- Potentially perform rotating shift (12 hours) duties in the future

Requirements

Qualification and work experience includes:

- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering Electronics, Communication Engineering or related field

- Minimum of 2 years working experience in the related field above

- Willing to work on rotating shifts (in the future), weekends and overtime

- Willing to work at multiple sites

- Must possess Class 3 Manual driving license
