Job Description
- Answering of calls, attend to customers enquiries.
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Prepare and print product labelling.
- Manage inventory control.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by team lead.
Job Requirement
- Possess at least O Level.
- Minimum 1-3 years working experience in related field.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & Google tools.
- Able to work independently, as well as a team player.
- On job training for some online or offline system.
- Working hours: 10:00 to 19:00.
- Working day pattern: 6 days per week, rest on Saturday.
- Location: Senoko area, few bus stops away from Woodlands North MRT Station (TE1).
