Job Description

• Screening of passengers at designated zones
• Manual bag checks
• Usage of security screening equipment for screening purposes
• X-ray screening of checked in luggages

Requirements:

• 1 N Levels / 1 O Level / WPLN 3 x Level 4

• Salary : S$ 3,500 - 4,000 + Commission
• Working hours: 5.5 work week (Shifts Arrangement)
• Weekdays 11AM – 7PM
• Weekends 12PM-6PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Timely processing of bilateral and syndication loans drawdown, rollover, rate fixing, billing, repayment and facility fees collection.
• Support remittance and deposits placement functions.
• Perform AML screening as well as pre & post transactional handling.
• Timely and proper response to internal/external stakeholder’s inquiries and on matters relating to the services provided by the Branch.
• Maintain proper record of all loan files.
• Perform daily reconciliation, audit confirmation, management, and regulatory reporting.

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder in relevant industry
• With at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Loan Operations/ Credit Administration
• Knowledge of AML & Terrorist Financing as well as Operational Risk issues.

• Location: Bedok North
• Working hours: 5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, Saturday, 9am - 1pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 + Variable Bonus + Staff meal provided
• Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Planning delivery schedule
• Assist Confinement catering operation
• Liaise with driver
• Assist customer service officers

Requirements:

• Class 3 driving license is required
• Familiar with Singapore map directory
