3. Serves as liaison between the user and in-house contractor on all ACMV related system.

5. Coordinate with supplier / sub-contractor of the tender specification and obtain the quotation from them

6. Control and supervise workmen to make sure standards of building performance, quality, time and cost schedules, and safety are complied.

7. Responsible for keeping daily work record, including additional work claims to the clients and from the subcontractors

min 2 yrs experience in M&E / Construction Industry.Good knowledge of reading engineering building drawings. Good in microsoft office, word,excel, powerpoint,microsoft project,autocad 2D-3D and CAD measurement. Working knowledge of M&E contruction methods.Knowledge of Building information Modeling,BIM (Essential Revit for Architecture) by Autodesk,BIM -01(Revit for Architecture & Structure),Prepare for shop drawings and as-built drawings.Performing quantities and estimation based on the drawing for QS. English Speaking & Writing.

Requirements:

• NITEC/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.

• Proficient in using software-assisted technical service diagnostic and testing equipment.

• Minimum of 2-3 years' relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with a keen learning attitude are encouraged to apply.

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

• Good command of English and familiarity with Microsoft Office and IT tools.

• Self-motivated, diligent, and reliable.

• Possession of a valid driving license is advantageous.

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Description:

• Design FA project inclusive of tooling, artwork, material and process.
• Draft drawing for making of tooling and artwork.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding the making of tooling and artwork.
• Create job ticket which consists of material and process.
• Co-ordinate FA run with FA report submission
• Co-ordinate product transfer from US to Singapore facility.
• Develop and fabricate test jig/tool for testing of functionality of finish product.
• Maintain all test jig/ tool used in production.
• Perform product failure analysis, as well as reduce cost through yield improvement, cycle time reduction and process enhancement.
• Coordinate the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process.
• Putting up sales quotation for the customer through the sales department.
• Any other task assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical or Microelectronics Engineering.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Pro/Engineer and AutoCAD.
• Need to be flexible on working hours as support over the weekends may be required.
• Must be a self-motivated team player with good presentation and communication skills
• Good project and time management capabilities
