Job Purpose
1. Support RMG - Regional CBG Credit in dashboard and data project activities.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams (including location CBG Credit teams) to gather requirement, document changes in processes & data definitions, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) / regression testing and participate in the go-live and post implementation verification.
3. Specific deliverables for the UAT
Create test plan, test scenario, test condition and test cases for UAT and regression testing.
Perform UAT and regression testing as per approved Test Plan to meet the expected test result / outcome.
Timely escalate any critical issue especially showstopper immediately and complete well documentedevidence (eg print screen, data dump) of test result.
4. Participate in the Go-Live and Post implement check.
Work with Regional CBG Credit to define mandatory checks and establish clear criteria for parallel run / go-live
Post system goes live assurance monitoring to ensure data and dashboard perform effectively and as expected.
5. Participate in project activities and meetings.
6. Ensure timely deliverables and adherence to project governance, standard &requirement.
7. Provide regular update and reporting on project progress.
