Job Description & Requirements

Job Responsibilities :

• Preparation of document for presentations.
• Attending site visit for tendering project and project management.
• Involve in solving construction issues raised by construction teams
• Other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements :

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering recognized by BCA and preferably recognizes by Professional Engineering Board, Singapore.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft word, Excel and Project
• Familiar with latest code of practice as per BCA requirement

• To provide technical support to Project and Installation to verify report and coordinate over job site issues and provide technical solutions related to electrical design.
• To involve in design interfacing and parts provision.
• To participate in resolution of design problems related to Error/Trouble investigation, formulate corrective and preventive measures.
• To provide engineering support to Marketing and Sales staff for new products.
• Prior experience/ knowledge in Electrical Design Work.
• Proficiency in AUTO-CAD.
• Computer literate and systems savvy.
• Maintain systems and component capabilities through rigorous testing, track cutting-edge trends, search for ways to improve functionality and efficiency, and implement appropriate segments to keep production methods current
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for all electrical designs, including wiring diagrams and schematics, bills of materials, assembly drawings, design changes, test reports, design-validation plans, and reports ensuring that installations and operations conform to standards and customer requirements

Analyze customer and project requirements, and provide technical guidance and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders

● Develop and implement testing and validation protocols to ensure that electrical systems and equipment meet or exceed industry standards and regulations

● Collaborate with other engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering, and recommend new tools and techniques as needed

Basic Information

• 5 Days : 8am - 5.15pm
• Basic up to $4.5k
• Working location at Joo Koon

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects meet internal and client expectations for quality, budget, delivery timelines, and strategy, complying with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards to avoid Liquidated Damages (LD).
• Monitor project cash flow, ensuring timely submission of progressive payment claims and managing budgets, cash flow projections, and cost variance reporting.
• Review and approve WSH documents (e.g., Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Safe Work Procedures, Fall Prevention Plans, Lifting Plans, Safety Management Systems, Permits to Work).
• Ensure all work is executed safely in compliance with approved safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical designs of roadworks and highways, traffic diversion schemes and delivery models according to different standards and requirements.
• Planning and supervising projects.
• Responsible for temporary traffic diversion scheme to suit construction progress.
• Coordination with relevant authorities for purpose of obtaining information and approvals.
• Preparation of Traffic Management Plan (TMP) for construction project.
• Preparation of tender documents and proposals.
• Preparation of Traffic Management Plan for road widening and viaduct construction project.
• Stakeholder management & liaising with different authorities.

Requirements

• Preferably with a Degree in Traffic Engineering and above or equivalent.
• Min 10 years experience in construction industry .
• Able to work as a team, assertive, independent, and proactive.
