Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in team leadership, including managing team budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Japanese and Mandarin is a plus.
  ITIL V3/V4 certification is required.
• Knowledge of OnPrem, Cloud, Network, and Server operations for cost estimation purposes.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Demonstrated ability and desire to adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cloud services-related software and hardware technology and products is advantageous.
• Experience with projects related to software-defined data centers or cloud service infrastructure is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for project assignments is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Manage team budget during closing periods and yearly budgeting or forecasting.
• Accurately allocate and manage resources.
• Oversee internal proposal processes before sharing with customers.
• Handle knowledge transfer and operation handover between project and operation teams as needed.
• Manage relationships with business partners and vendors.
• Maintain customer relationships when necessary.
• Lead and guide team members in estimating maintenance and operation support costs.
• Escalate and report major project issues to managers.
• Provide daily reports to managers on budget, resources, and operation forecast schedules.
• Conduct daily team management and meetings as a mandatory task.

Responsibilities:

• Installation, Commissioning, Testing and Servicing Company's Equipment throughout their life cycle. Ensuring quality (effectively working fit-for-purpose equipment), delivering agreed services and meeting client expectations.
• Diagnoses the problem / reason for malfunctioning of equipment of clients or checks if service request is correct / sensible.
• Prepares, plans, and carries out technical intervention (repair, maintain, replace)
• Carrying out project-based commissioning and testing of installations and/or components in accordance with project requirements and in accordance with protocol and safety regulations.
• Ensuring smooth field service operations. Carrying out technical-logistics-administrative tasks with supportive nature. Documentation management, planning, communicating
• Performing (physically heavy) disassembly and assembly work. May be specialized in certain products or techniques. Carrying out all kinds of machining (drilling, sawing, welding) activities.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Client oriented, meticulous and well organized in work processes.
• Min. 3 years of relevant experience as Service Engineering in drilling / oil and gas industry
• Willing to work in Tuas vicinity
• Able to travel overseas when required

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise all engineering works, restricted activities civil, architectural, electrical and mechanical works carried out by the Contractors/SWCs etc
• Liaise with QP(s) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
• Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets
• Daily site activities planning, preparing work breakdown, daily site operations, site coordination, monitoring and report work progress.
• Attend all meetings with Stakeholders such as Authorities, Subcontractors, etc
• Prepare Monthly Progress Report
• Ensure site safety and compliance to Authorities' requirements

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Recognised by the PE Board
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in construction of civil and structures for LTA/MRT Projects
• Availability for Night Shifts: Candidates must be able to work during night shifts.
• Required Skill(s): Registered engineer
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
