Responsibilities:

• Leadership Role: Lead a group of Production Technicians in ensuring the safe and smooth running of production operations.
• Operational Optimization: Assist the Process Engineer in conducting activities and projects to optimize operations during shifts, achieving both operational and cost efficiency.
• Troubleshooting Expert: Take charge of troubleshooting plant/equipment/quality issues and recommend effective counter-measures.
• Equipment Integrity: Monitor and ensure the integrity and reliability of plant equipment.
• Operational Support: Assist the Process Engineer in supporting shift operations by providing suitable operating conditions for stable plant operation and product quality control.
• Training and Development: Play a crucial role in training and developing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
