Role & Responsibilities
- Preparation of Purchase Orders to Vendors
- Creation of Item Codes in ERP
- Daily updates in Enterprise Work Management Platform (Asana)
- Daily checking of stock request
- Preparation of weekly reports for operation
- Receiving of goods from vendors and checking on quality issues
- Housekeeping of the nursery and office
- Participate in pre-sales activities to wholesale customers via communication platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram
- Provide after-sales services to wholesale customers such as preparation for delivery, self-collection and payment receipts from wholesale customers
Qualification and criteria
- Able to speak read and write in English
- Good Attendance Record
- Team Player
- Physically Fit
- Attention to details
- Carrying of small and medium sized plants required
- No plant experience is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
