Summary

Responsibilities:

• Will be fully responsible to structure the acquisition and coordinate the actions of all other Procurement organizations and actors for the relevant bids and projects
• Will commit the Procurement Function, promote category strategies

In Bid Phase:

• Represent procurement as part of Bid team in BKO, Estimate review, CCR, and all gates per the Bid Plan

• To collapse and to optimize acquisition needs to meet the objective of each bid

In Project Phase

• Oversee the subcontracts, act as the interface between Procurement and Project on all acquisition matters.
• Formulate and prepare the AMP to incorporate all the latest changes.

• Work closely with Category team in the securing the material to ensure that project milestones are maintained.

Requirements:

Inventory Manager in a 24-hour veterinary hospital. The inventory manager will
develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure a stable and cost-effective supply chain for medical supplies, equipment, and services.
He/she will manage the stocks of the hospital at the most optimal level based on costs and storage capacity. The candidate will work closely with the hospital procurement manager to achieve these objectives. He/she will assist in transitioning to an electronic stock management and reordering system. The candidate will help with stock pricing and entering prices and stock numbers into the electronic medical system to allow automated billing for the hospital.
