Qualification Requirements

• Candidate possesses at least a Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Green Building & Sustainability, Intelligent Building Technology or Green Building Technology or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to design PV systems 415/400/230V power levels.
• Has knowledge in PVSYST, AutoCAD, BIM modeling and electrical design concepts.
• Aware of safety and standard requirements from local authority.

Responsibilities

• Documenting and definng the Factory & Production processes and procedures across the Group
• Recommend and implement improvements to process and process automation
• Deploy and implement the Production processes and procedures in Singapore and overseas
• Manage the next-gen production system for switchgear manufacturing and assembly
• Responsible for the Audit and Compliance of Factory and Process Engineering across the Group
• Any other duties related to operations and process engineering

Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in process engineering in the manufacturing environment
• Have initiative, able to work independently
• Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills

Job Description & Requirement

• Assist and provide technical inputs/support in our R&D in establishing a quality product from concept stage to prototype completion including conducting tests, interpreting data, finding high-quality materials to use, and conducting research on various parts.
• Responsible for design & development of commercial vehicles focus on technical specification and performance of the vehicles and powertrain components as well as software used in the vehicles.
• Liaise with OEMs on technical issues and raise Technical Reports, Prepare Technical Instructions to address technical issues on our product.
• Prepare Assembly work instructions, Quality control instruction and Operation Manual of our product.
• Create & maintain accurate Manufacturing Bill of Materials, develop cost- estimates for manufacturing process hours.
• Prepare new product specifications and provide support on component installation as required.
• Manage workload with a positive attitude as a team player in a collaborative work environment.
• Manage Product costing & provide support to sales.
• Qualification and Experience
• Min Diploma/Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience working in an Automotive, Manufacturing, Machine shop, assembly environment or similiar environment
• A thorough understanding of engineering design principles and material processing
• Experience in Bill of Materials from either the Automotive, Aerospace or Rail industries
• If you have considerable experience of the automotive industry in an engineering Release & Change environment is an advantage
• If you understand automotive terminology, familiar with vehicle systems & components and the sequence of build of a vehicle is an advantage
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Familiar with ISO 9001 or TS 16949 Quality Management System
• Experience in ERP applications will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing principles, including Continuous Improvements
• Good communication skills, highly efficient, passion for engineering.

Roles & Resonsibilities

1. Attending site meetings.

2. To co-ordinate and correspond with suppliers and consultants.

3. Supervision and quality checking.

4. Manage and ensure workers in compliance.

5. Send workers to/from project site/office/dorm daily basis.

6. Arrange Materials and Manpower of Projects.

Requirements:

1. Mininum Degree in Civil Engineering or related education diploma

2. Certificate in Managing Work at Height Course (MWAH) and Certificate in Assess Confined Space for Safe Entry and work is a plus.

3. Mininum 9 year related working experience in Singapore is a must.

4. Class 3 driving license.

5. Good interpersonal, analytical and high level of problem-solving skill

6. Able to work independently.
