Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and tests on electrical and instrumentation systems, including cables, panels, field instruments, and control systems.
• Ensure installations and testing comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and relevant standards
• Prepare and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Control procedures.

We explore and research a wide range of technologies and methodologies including debugging tools, dependencies mocking, automated test generation and execution, grey-box testing, and CI/CD, to see how they can be meaningfully applied to each project and achieve the highest quality outcome in a timely manner.

• Responsible for the design, execution, and standardisation of non-functional tests and checks (performance, maintainability, etc) based on different product needs and user needs.

• Track conformity certificates, calibration certificates, and plant calibration certificates from external agencies while maintaining the RIN Register and coordinating with QPS for closure.
• Ensure full compliance of all sub-contractors with the relevant LTA M&W requirements and preparing and submitting weekly and monthly quality reports.
• Oversee QPS inspections and key activities while ensuring presence during asphalt works for road diversions.
• Review shop drawings, coordinating design issues, inspecting new and in-use molds, and managing material orders.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in doing QA/QC for LTA projects.
