Brief Description & Role

This position is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repairing RF components and systems. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the quality and performance of RF equipment, ensuring that all devices meet the required specifications and standards.

Responsibilities

1. Work with business development, Engineering, system test and external customers to gather information and develop RF Test plans, specifications for product under test.

The key functions of Semiconductor Engineer is to:

• Manage manufacturing process of the products, including technology yield and performance of the products
• Develop test programmes and procedures to ensure the products meet their performance specifications
• Provide advice on aspects of semiconductor process technology and maintain and repair semiconductor equipment
• Design and develop the layout for integrated circuits according to electronics engineerings principles, using software to create design schematics and diagrams

• Follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, and ECN documentation for closure of issues / events. Provide guidance to Junior Engineers.
• Self audit and update specifications to meet TS16949 Quality Standard requirements.
• Set Expectation and carry out performance appraisal for Technician or AE as instructed by Section Manager.

Job Requirements:
