Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the build/ imaging of desktop PCs and laptops.
Responsible for the physical installation of hardware(monitors, PC, webcam etc), as well as the handover of laptops to users.
Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems.
Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
Perform service request related to client platforms.
Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project
Perform asset management & update asset records.
Perform user account management (eg. Create password, reset & delete)
Perform local server administration to facilitate software distribution & patch management service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret applicable Legal, Singapore Standards, Code of Practice & other requirements and implement & provide directions for compliance.
• Develop, maintain and periodically test out emergency response, Organize & conduct CERT audit and other emergency response relevant drills.
• Liaise with local authorities for all EHS issues, Licence renewal and represent the RC/SICA and other relevant meetings.
• Manage all EHS incident and non-conformance investigations and track corrective and preventive actions to closure.
• Organize risk assessments, site inspections and industrial hygiene and environmental samplings as well as implement or direct risk reduction and control measures.
• Conduct and organize EHS audits, trainings, meetings and promotional programs to increase employee awareness and knowledge.
• Establishing EHS objectives & Targets and its management Programme for continual improvement.
• Contractor management on In-house & SDM (Shutdown Maintenance) activities.
• Should have strong awareness on Safety Case implementation as well as Mitigative Measures for Safety Critical Events (SCE) in Major Hazard Industries (MHI).
• Establish good communication with all level and function within the organization.
• Assist in the adhoc assignment or project assign by management.
• Spearhead continual improvement projects for HSE.
• Work with HSE department in organizing Annual Safety Campaign.
• Liaise with local authorities for all EHS issues, License renewal and represent the RC/SICA/SORT and other relevant meetings.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Chemical Engineering
• At least five years of primary experience handling safety responsibilities within HSE department
• At least 3 years of working experience in the oil or petrochemical industry. Preferably experienced in Jurong Island
• Must be a Registered WSH Officer with MOM and Fire Safety Manager (FSM) with SCDF
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Experience with ISO14001/ SS651(ISO45001) management systems
