Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular inspections to verify the work complies with method statements and BCA's Good Industry Practice (GIP) guidelines
2. Monitor subcontractor workers across all trades, identifying and ensuring proper rectification of defects
3. Create and implement effective QA/QC plans to ensure consistent quality throughout the project
4. Prepare clear and accurate QA/QC reports and assist in preparing QM submissions
5. Maintain quality standards: Execute quality control based on site-specific materials and the Project Quality Plan (PQP)
6. Issue and manage Site Memos: Effectively communicate non-conformances, corrective actions, and preventive measures through Site Memos
7. Oversee corrective actions: Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions against identified non-conformities
8. Liaise with external bodies: Arrange and coordinate with BCA for CONQUAS assessments
9. Ensure method statement compliance: Verify that all method statements have client and consultant approvals before implementation
10. Manage testing requirements: Follow up on all required tests as per contract specifications and Inspection Test Plan (ITP)
11. Active participation: Attend regular site meetings (QAQC, Landscape Coordination, Client Meetings) and contribute actively
12. Off-site inspections: Conduct or participate in inspections at precast and structural steel works facilities (Malaysia and Singapore)
13. Facilitate smooth handover during handover inspections and addressing client defects during the Defect Liability Period
14. Ad-hoc tasks or duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in a QA/QC, Engineering, or Construction-related field.
• Proven experience in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction quality control/assurance principles and practices.
• Proficiency in construction management software and QA/QC documentation tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Co-Development Business Unit is looking for Senior QA Engineer (Automation Testing)

What will you do?

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of mobile application and web application
• Collaborate with software developers, project leads, and others to understand the requirement and identify test scenarios
• Perform manual and automated testing of mobile application and web application, including functional, regression, and sanity testing
• Design and implement test automation framework and tools to improve testing efficiency
• Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as QA Engineer or Software Tester, with solid understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.
• Strong knowledge of testing techniques, tools, and frameworks, including manual and automated testing.
• Experience in writing test automation using test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium.
• Experience in testing mobile application and web application
• Experience running automated testing using device farms is a plus
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with python is a plus

Position Summary

QA Engineer/Senior Engineer (Process Quality Control) is responsible to develop & deploy inspection procedures to ensure conformance of material to be released.

Candidates with experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan & coordinate incoming/outgoing process and procedure
• Ensure conformance according to ISO / IATF standards
• Establish, implement & maintain processes & tools for inspection
• Manage inspectors for execution of daily operational inspection aligned to Production Plan
• Setup reporting procedure & ensure systematic recording of quality issues and defects
• Work with relevant departments to uphold product quality, manage costs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct analysis of quality data to identify potential systemic issues & initiate improvements
• Core member in new product / process introduction to ensure safe launch
• Other ad-hoc activities assigned by the reporting manager

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconduction production & inspection processes
• Well-versed with inspection plans, interpret drawings & deployment of analysis tools such as OGP (optical gaging) and even design customized jigs to aid inspection process.
• Working knowledge of MSA, GR&R, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC & 8D, JMP or Minitab, SAP, Tableau
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Possesses the analytical ability to structure processes and procedures, identify trends and patterns, as well as resourcefulness to propose solutions
• Demonstrate commitment to high levels of quality and customer satisfaction

QA & QC Executive

We are looking for a QA & QC Executive to join our R&Ddepartment. You will gain broad experience and will be able to work in a fun fast-paced environment with a broad scope to develop.

This position will report directly to the Food Technologist.

This position will be instrumental in driving & ensuring excellence in production, QA processes & product innovation.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in production planning and support in R&D projects/ ingredient preparation

· Conduct daily inspections on raw materials, production lines, equipment and facilities

· Coordinate and liaise with external parties

· Ensure product is in accordance to regulation & standard, compliance with legislation & certification

· Conduct shelf-life studies, production process & troubleshooting issues by providing technical solution support

· Implement, monitor and update food safety ISO22000 & quality assurance program in production kitchen

· Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

· Degree or diploma in food science, food technology or equivalent

· Excellent multitasking skills & able to work under pressure

· Great interpersonal and communication skills

· Knowledge in HACCP, ISO22000 & GMP requirement will be an advantage

Working hour

8am – 5pm, 5 day week including alternate Saturday

Probation 3 months

Starting pay $2600, salary increment up to $200 after probation. Additional salary of up to $200 with relevant industry experience
