Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within the F&B industry, preferably in hotpot or Chinese cuisine.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with local health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
• Bilingual in english and mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Overall responsible for the sites’ maintenance and provide strong technical stewardship in various disciplines

· Provide strategic guidance in sourcing & contract management, operations & maintenance and resource & cost sustainability

· Manage multiple stakeholders, including vendors and customer

· Forge win-win partnerships with tenants’ shopfloor/ frontline operations.

· Grow and develop the in-house technical expertise

· To coach and train the team so that they are familiarized and knowledgeable of the requirements

· Ensure all projects and maintenance works are carried out according to the schedule planned

· To take charge and lead the in-house maintenance team in all daily facilities maintenance issues

· Supervise and manage contractors in fulfilling their contractual obligation and ensure smooth operation of the buildings

· Attend to feedback by tenants/ clients, to recommend and take remedial actions in a timely manner

· Promote good relations with our staff, contractors and management

· Prepare quotation for service as required

· Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Report directly to Branch Manager
• To achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the branch
• To assist the Branch Manager in the overall operation of the branch eg: staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, current promotions and updates etc.
• To assist the Branch Manager to run the outlet efficiently and effectively
• To provide professional skincare advice and consultation for customers, managing customers’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• To discuss and plan for therapists on the recommended treatments for customers
• To motivate staff in building teamwork and create a good working environment
• To create teamwork among colleagues & good communication
• To ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms are in good and conductive condition
• To assist in making cold-calls to customer
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and other matters as assigned by the Company

• Min. 5 years' working experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven sales record
