Job Description:-
· Perform daily on-site hygiene checks to ensure compliance to food hygiene and safety.
· Maintain and upkeep food safety management system ISO22000 documents and process control.
· Assist in the maintenance and upkeeping of relevant halal certification documentations.
· Perform regular sampling and check quality of incoming/in-process/outgoing products to ensure products are compiled to the prescribed specifications and quality.
· Assist in internal, external and/or regulatory audits.
· Support in the investigation of customer feedback and/or product nonconformities.
· Ensure sanitation practices and pest control system is in place.
· Contribute to continuous improvement.
· Any other duties as assigned by superiors and deem fit by management.
Requirements:-
· At least Diploma in Food Science/food related/food process or equivalent.
· Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
· Knowledge and experience in food manufacturing or related will be an advantage.
· Organize and able to prioritize work efficiently with strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
