We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Applications Specialist to join our team (NTUC Health). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects and interfaces related to Finance, Budgeting and Forecasting, Procurement, Claims and HR systems, with a primary focus on SAP S4 Hana , SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC), SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF), SAP Business Intelligence (SAP BI) and Infor Expense Management (Infor XM) . Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Stay current with system updates, patches, and new features to recommend improvements and optimize system performance.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with Finance, Procurement, and HR departments to understand business processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

The Claims Executive is the personal claims specialist for the customers and represents our DirectAsia brand. He/She is the expert in handling motor claims.
