Job Responsibilities and Authorities

• Continuously develop, implement and maintain the Company’s Quality Management System in accordance with the Authority’s standards.
• Manage office and project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, and QMS requirements.
• Coordinate on quality matters with project team, conduct regular inspection to ensure works are in compliance with method statements & proper sequence of work and in accordance to BCA’s good industry practice.

Job Specifications

• Implement and document quality procedures for assigned sites/geographies.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or equivalent, with 5 years of managerial experience in marine, aviation, or related industries.
• Certified ISO9001:2015 internal/lead auditor.
• Completion of CAAS M10/L11/L12 Examination.
• Ability to interpret CMM, especially IPL and special equipment/tooling listings preferred.
• Experience in liaising with OEMs for capability expansion preferred.
• Certification or experience in Lean, Kaizen, 5S, or familiarity with common quality tools.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Experience in administering, maintaining, and developing Quality Management Systems.
• Experience in implementing Continuous Improvement, Lean, or similar methodologies in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environments.
