Position Overview

We're seeking an enthusiastic 3D Scanning Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a knack for technology and a keen eye for detail. You'll be working with cutting-edge 3D scanning equipment to capture and process data, contributing to the creation of accurate digital twins for various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain 3D & camera scanning equipment.
• Capture high-quality data in various environments.
• Process and refine scanned data using specialized software.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure project specifications are met.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D scanning.
• Learn new software to process field data

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma
• No prior experience in 3D scanning required, but must be willing to learn.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software and equipment.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Preference given to Class 3 Driving License

· Picking and quality checking products to be packed

· Packing products according to Bacha Coffee quality-control standards

· Inclusion of samples and documentation in order, photography of order, sealing of order

· Assisting the Assistant Inventory Executive in the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce warehouse, including planning and optimizing space to cater for stocks storage, picking, packing and shipping arrangements. Proactively recommend and implement operational goals, objectives and process improvement;

Job Description

• Online orders processing, fulfilment and packing across all online sales channels
• Logistics booking and management of both air and sea freight
• Production management, planning and maintaining a healthy stock level
• Inventory control and assist Managers with inventory management
• Inventory reporting
• Inventory bookkeeping
• Product sourcing and procurement
• Support day-to-day operations
• Operations process improvement

• Ensures tidiness and cleanliness of operations work areas and lab equipment
• Demonstrate initiatives and teamwork
• Desires to learn and pick up new tasks and skills

• Working hours: 10am – 7pm, Monday – Friday

• The role will be involved in works for FLO Aroma, an aromatherapy brand under the registered parent company. Works involved spans across mainly digital but also offline. Thus, allowing the role to be involved hands-on in a diversity of work.
