Job Duties:

• Responsible to maintain day-to-day operation of assigned processes in P-ST Semicon Dept.
• Responsible for quality and process issues troubleshooting.
• Responsible for process improvement and cost saving activities
• Provide up-to-date process status and liaise with Production to ensure smooth production operation.
• Provide training and certification to Operators on process operation
• Support ad-hoc engineering tasks assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Degree in Engineering in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure

Your Role

• You will supervise the work of sub-contractors and work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• You will adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices and ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship so as to meet the stringent requirements conducted during site tests and inspections.
• Facilitate regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements, processes and procedures
• Drive safety and sustainability

The Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Construction handling mega projects
• Be assertive, independent and proactive
• Possess good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit

Your Role

• Perform checks on the structural, architectural and M&E materials/works to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for inspections
• Monitor the performance of subcontractor workers for all trades and ensure any defects are properly rectified
• To participate, work closely and give support to safety personnel at site on all initiatives/ matters relating to Safety and Health
• To comply with the Company Safety Management System and the WSHA and its subsidiary legislation

The Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in construction industry
• Must be technically inclined and possesses excellent problem-solving
• Be able to work independently as well as acquiring good interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and construction teams
