Job scope

To monitor and supervise sub contractors’ work progression according to shop drawings, method statements, material and samples

To liaise and work with relevant authorities, sub-contractors or clients on shop drawings, materials and samples

Review and align Fire protection design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines (Sprinkler System, Fire Alarm System, Hose reel System, Wet/Dry riser system, Fire Hydrant System, Fire man intercom system)

Knowledge in M&E and able to Identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, architectural and client provisions

Manage and execute project as per the schedule

To attend meeting with contractors to address issues and update progress

Study and reviewing of drawings, specifications for compliance

Allocate work to supervisors and ensure jobs are correctly and properly achieved within standards and SOP.

Plan and lead testing and commissioning of the fire protection systems.

Follow up with site / authority inspections, defects rectifications of the fire protection work.

Plan and prepare OMM, training, As-Builts drawings for handing over of completed fire protection systems to client.

Follow up with maintenance of fire protection systems during DLP

Job Description:

· Microbiology test including environmental control, raw material and finished product test

· Responsible from the incoming raw material, packaging material, pre-weight raw material, in-process product control till final product control

· Lab, retention room and pre-weight room maintenance of inventory, equipment, items and cleanliness

· Maintain and operate DI water system

· Pre-weight process monitoring and checking

· Create, update and maintain SAP system

· Update and maintain Health Sciences Authority Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines, environmental practice guidelines, quality manual, health and safety policy

· Follow up and manage new records of products permits and licenses thru HSA

· Highlight, feedback, suggest during and/or after monthly staff meeting

· Monitor and manage pest control contract and location of baits, ensure monthly inspections are done

· Other projects and assignments instructed or delegated by management and director

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma certificate with Chemistry background will be advantage

· At least 2-3 years’ experience in QC required

· Preferably with knowledge on GMP, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001

· Independent thinker who acts and decides objectively and with integrity

Maintenance

• Provide technical services to maintain and troubleshoot different computer and electrical systems.
• Attend and carry out Fault Finding and Diagnosis of systems breakdowns, both on a mechanical and electrical basis, with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times.

• Knowledge on Firewall, Backup solution and Anti-virus solution
