Job Description:

• Design and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards, and workflows.
• Create solution designs to address client business, interface and performance requirements.
• Advise on complex MS Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions that include MS CRM, third-party integrations, and customizations.
• Create functional requirements and designs for customizations.
• Create accurate estimates for implementation tasks.
• Provide MS Dynamics SME expertise to clients and mentor team members.
• Assist in data migration (data mapping) from external systems into MS CRM

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2016/365 CRM.
• Experience in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, SQL Server, SSRS including plugins, scripting and form creation.
• Familiarity with the O365 platform, specifically its integration features with Dynamics CRM, including SharePoint and OneDrive/OneNote.
• Familiarity with Data Export Service and Azure SQL.
• Experience with SSIS or other ETL technologies.
• Experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints would be advantageous.
• Strong written communication skills, especially for articulating technical specifications.

1. Pre-Construction Phase:Review project plans, specifications, and design documents.
   Assist in value engineering to optimize costs and improve project efficiency.
   Develop preliminary project schedules and budgets.

2. Construction Phase:Oversee and coordinate all construction activities.
   Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
   Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
   Implement and manage quality control and safety programs.
   Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site.
   Regularly communicate with the project owner or client to provide updates.
   Keep detailed records of project activities, changes, and any incidents.

   Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services.

   Prepare and submit any necessary closeout documentation.
   Assist with the resolution of punch list items and ensure completion.
   Ensure that all required warranties, manuals, and as-built drawings are provided to the owner.
   Hand over the completed project to the owner or client.

Geotechnical Engineer

Undertake detailed design in Geotechnical field for different nature of projects

Description:
Degree recognised by PE Board (Singapore).
3-5 years relevant experience in consulting firms (those above 5 years experience will be considered for Senior Engineer post)
