• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of AUTOCAD
• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
• Willing to work overtime including weekends and public holidays when necessary

Requirement
- 3 to 4 years experiences in setting up and support Windows AD, GPO, SCCM, WSUS, RDP, 2FA etc environment
- Familiar with patch management, Windows Server policies configuration and setting
- Familiar with setup, configure, support for End point protection products
- Familiar with setup, configure, support for Backup solution
- Perform Windows OS security hardening on machines accordingly to industry guideline like CIS
- Be on routine standby to support 24×7 maintenance support calls.
- A team member player and able to work with other team members

Qualification
- Diploma/Degree Holder in Information Technology, Computing, Cybersecurity
- Possess industry recongised certificates will be bonus
