Dezign Format is seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of quality, health, safety and environmental standards within the company. Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems, conducting supplier audits, and monitoring supplier performance to ensure compliance with our quality standards. You will work closely with production, procurement, and project management teams to implement and uphold quality systems, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and update the team on the latest quality policies and regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the quality assurance programme and conduct regular internal and external quality control audits to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures
• Spearhead the development, implementation, and improvement of quality control policies, standards, and operational procedures, ensuring proper documentation of records and reports for submission to regulatory authorities
• Develop and maintain a system for monitoring and evaluating quality control data, and provide comprehensive reports to senior management
• Identify and investigate quality control issues, recommend solutions to improve the quality of services, processes, and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance through regular audits, ensuring strict adherence to the company's quality standards
• Monitor the use of equipment to ensure safety and sustainably discard any that do not meet requirements
• Mentor and lead the QHSE team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the company
• Serve as the company’s representative in quality-related discussions with external stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies
• Manage feedback, complaints, and incident or accident investigations
• Liaise with ESG and other relevant government entities on grant support applications and claims
• Spearhead the sustainability efforts of the company, gather carbon emission data and work with other departments to co-develop our sustainability report.
• Attend to any other related QHSE matters as requested by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Control or relevant disciplines (Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Quality Control, Quality Assurance or QHSE role
• Strong knowledge of local and international quality control methodologies and best practices, including ISO management systems and relevant frameworks (i.e., ISO 45001, 14001, 20121, 9001, and bizSAFE standards)
• Excellent written and oral communication, leadership, supervision and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to multitask effectively, work independently and in teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience on sustainability report and carbon emission reporting is a plus
• Accreditation of QHSE internal auditor certification will be advantageous

You will lead and manage the QA administration & IPQC in daily problem solving activities on Manufacturing Products Conformity (CoC) qualification in all metal parts.

Work with production Leaders and Customers, understand requirements creating comprehensive test method during production phase to leverage final checking. Drive the adoption of QA best practices through the whole team.

Hands-on adopting manual Quality checks and understand requirements is a must.
Excellent written communication skills with Customer QA and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Abilities to Lead Quality Inspector or Checker Team efficiently and effectively in Sampling checks System, Quality Awareness in Sheet Metal environment accordingly to Customers requirements.
• Schedule of daily QC Team work assignment according to Jobs.
• Understanding Of individual Customers Parts on GO & NO-GO (Decision Making).
• Attend to Customers Quality Complaints, make action plan and execute it accordingly.
• Submission weekly QA Reports to GM without delay.
• Setup and Conduct Systematic Quality trainings for new staffs in assign duties and task.
• Administer and improve Company's ISO System and Bizsafe.
• Conduct Internal audits for all departments, functions and projects for ISO audits.
• Administer Company QMS and conduct internal audit.
• Design jig and fixture with Engineer Team enhance quick check buyoff.
• Support all QA-related functions and activities both at Company and Customers levels.
• Equipment schedule maintenance programs and execution at all levels.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quality Management Certificate. (Internally Auditor 2015 Certified)
• Highly responsible for Quality duties and task dateline.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Sheet Metal or Machining environment.
• Knowledge in all related QC tools respectively.

Your responsibilities encompass the management of multiple intricate projects with the aim of achieving the department’s objectives and goals. This also involves ensuring that resources are allocated in a balanced manner. You will be tasked with ensuring that projects are accurately designed and tracked to forecast results and outcomes. Additionally, you will analyze the progress of projects in terms of root causes, risks, resources, interdependencies, and gaps.

Your key responsibilities include (and not limited to)

• Leading or assisting GQ centric and/or cross-functional projects, collaborating closely with supervisor, SME, functional managers within GQ and partner organizations within Micron and ensuring they progress in line with GQ’s strategic objectives.
• Provide meaningful and timely progress updates to key stakeholders including supervisor, leadership teams, and project teams.
• Building robust relationships with internal stakeholders and consistently meeting their needs and expectations by delivering value.

Skills and Experience:

• Professional experience in the Semiconductor Industry, specifically in Fab, Assembly and Test manufacturing processes or with NAND, DRAM, SSD or Module products experience.(Required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or other software for data reporting, management, and visualization.

Education:

Quality/System Manager (Location: Batam)

Responsibilities

• Act as the Quality Management Representative of the company.

• Ensure effectiveness and compliance to ISO/IATF/QMS and various regulatory requirements as needed.

• Lead site quality team to drive operation and product quality improvements via data driven metrics.

• Oversee and support supplier quality, SCAR, product inspection, equipment calibration, CAPA, complaint investigation, change control, LMS training, and NPI activities.

• Chair quality management reviews and manage Internal & External audits.

• Support global quality system process integration, harmonization, and simplification. Managing local implementation and changes.

• Escalate and manage any significant events such as safety, product shipping holds due to quality, regulatory, or any compliance issue.

• Lead or support identified special projects and key initiatives as needed.

• Work cross-functionally to achieve Batam/Singapore site objectives.

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing or equivalent.

• Min. 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems in the plastic injection moulding or medical device industry for IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO13485.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to manufacturing such as ISO45001/OHSAS18001 and ISO14001

• Strong customer focus with complaint investigation, significant event reporting and CAPA skills.

• Internal Auditor certification.

• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in electronic data management systems.

• Good understanding of quality management systems and tools such as PPAP, FMEA, and SPC.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
