Responsibilities:

1. Oversee effective implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the Company.
2. Coordinate the review of quality procedures associated with continuous improvement initiatives in the Plant.
3. Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet statutory requirements and the needs of external certification bodies.
4. Organise and manage the internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system.
5. Host external Quality System audits. Manage the audit program to ensure that all nonconformities raised by certification bodies during audits are effectively corrected and independently verified.
6. Communicate with personnel at all levels, internally and externally to the Company, in relation to quality system matters.
7. Oversee effective implementation of Halal Quality Management System throughout the company and coordinate Halal certification programme.
8. Assume the role of a Qualified Person (QP) to oversee the export process. Ensure the compliance of the export consignments with importing countries’ requirements and submit declarations to the Singapore Food Agency.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related Degree and a minimum of 4 years of working experience in a food manufacturing environment.
2. Must have strong knowledge of the Halal food system, GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000, ISO 22000 and food safety regulations; including gap closure on audit findings.
3. Proficient in Microsoft office.
4. Posses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Detail oriented, takes initiative, resourceful and adaptable.

- Portfolio management and provide audit services to external audit clients

- Manage the quality of audit services, project management and execution including but not limited to planning, fieldwork, review and completion.

• Drive and response suppliers’ quality stability ( Cpk ) and improvements through statistical process control (SPC), 8D review , and define the continuous improvement plans (CIP).

• Take leader role and investigation and perform problem solving for root cause investigation in Task-force or MRB team for Quality crisis.
• Be a member of the yield management team that interacts with the suppliers during working meeting.
• Interface with Infineon Reliability and Quality team for reliability monitoring plan/execution.
• Member in supplier change review board (PCRB) as a final change releaser and review the change risk assessment
• Participant supplier surveillance audit (VDA 6.3) and end customer audit
• Work in an international environment and interface with BU ( Business Unit) QM.
• Dispose owner for the nonconforming product in supply chain.
• Co-work with Infineon Operation team for end-customer return (FAR) follow up and lesson learn Fan-out ( Read-Across ) execution.
• Monitor and join review with development and transfer team for the quality performance from NPI project and support product-based qualification activities and communication with Infineon individual BU ( Business Unit )

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor/Master of Science in Physics, Material, Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Min 7 years working experience as a Quality ( Quality system or Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance ) or Process Integration or Product Engineering and customer service engineering in front end wafer process or supplier chain management of foundries.
• More than 3 years quality related management will be plus especially at automotive industry.
• Strong systematic thinking, good attitude and advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and quality core tools ( SPC, FMEA, 6-sigma, 8D ) and strong problem-solving skills ( tool and method ).
• Knowledge in functional area with deep knowledge in wafer manufacturing is needed.
• Good language proficiency in English, additional language skills are a plus to work with counter parts located globally
• An open and creative mind, which likes to work independently, is self-motivated and is eager to learn and grow .
• Positive attitude and passionate with a proactive nature. Proactive, detailed in figures & have Can-do attitude
• Good communication skills with global cross functions, an excellent task coordinator skill is need. Team spirit to own your fair share of routine tasks. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and engineering team members

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

• Lead the QA/RA team on the implementation and maintenance of QMS in accordance to ISO 13485:2016 requirements, and other applicable international standards/regulations.
• Identify gaps in QMS and make continuous improvements to ensure the effectiveness of QMS implementation and consistency with product and process requirements.
• Provide training to staff on QMS procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee document control, ensuring that all quality documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained.
• Plan and execute internal and external audit and risk management review accordingly.
• Participate and lead key investigations or issues to prevent recurrence. Responsible in ensuring product reliability through conducting of risk assessments.
• Evaluate and review product on time, implement and conduct investigations in order to formulate corrective actions. Regular reporting and following up to ensure timely closure of CAPA.
• Actively supporting product transfers and ensuring product qualifications and validations of software and processes are established.

Regulatory Affairs:

• Develop and execute regulatory strategies to obtain and maintain product approvals in multiple markets.
• Responsible in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings.
• Maintain regulatory compliance for all marketed products, including post-market surveillance and reporting.
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and communicate their impact to the organization.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and notified bodies as necessary to ensure timely product approvals and renewals.

Work Experience Requirements:

• Qualified lead auditor or ISO 13485:2016 internal auditor, be familiar with ISO 14971:2019, and standards applicable to medical devices and software used for Medical Devices (IEC 62304, IEC 62366)
• Knowledge of applicable regulations for Medical Devices (e.g., 21 CFR 820, EU MDR 2017/745, US FDA 510K, HSA Health Products (Medical Device) Regulations, TGA)
• Hands-on experience in performance testing and functional testing for web application.
• Excellent communication skills to lead/guide the team.
• Strong QA background with experience in identifying details and accuracy in reviewing test plans, test cases and test reports.
