What you will be working on

As a part of the Service Quality Management team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the Board’s Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) that is used by both frontline and backend departments to handle correspondences with our customers. • Assist professional consultant with HSA and medical-licensing-related matters and establish the operation system during the initial setup period.
