This position is part of the Quality and Regulatory Affairs department and is an onsite position.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop positive relationships with Key Customers, OPS team and Commercial Leaders
• Develop and implement Micro Electronics Industry leading quality systems and processes to support customer needs and expectations.
• Establish and handle QA tracking and trending of crucial performance measures (DPPM) and the preparation of periodic reports for management review.
• Implement and maintain an effective quality management system for Micro-E specific plants and aligned to corporate and BU policies, procedures, and industry specific requirements.

The essential requirements of the job include

• University Degree in mechanical/electrical or chemical engineering with a minimum of 10 years of dynamic quality assurance experience, with at least 5 years at senior level with multi-site and multi-region experience
• Thorough understanding of ISO 9001 standard. GMP knowledge and other ISO standards required.
• Fully conversant with AIAG Core tools, APQP, statistical analysis and the principles of variation reduction.

As a member of the Management Team, you will provide clear leadership and vision for the implementation of the Company Wide Quality Strategy to exceed customer expectations for product quality, logistics, technology and cost. You are responsible for all areas of the quality function such as leading and developing quality and environmental management systems to achieve best-in-class practices. You are also required to define, monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators and drive continuous improvement across all functions to achieve operational excellence.

Key Area of Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Management Team to define and implement the company strategy map.
• Lead the Quality Department to implement effective quality assurance and control processes to ensure that the product delivered meet customers’ requirement and achieves company quality objectives.
• Establish, implement and maintain Quality and Environmental systems in compliance with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
• Lead internal team to resolve serious quality escalation by customers.
• Define, monitor and report on company key performance indicators.
• Drive continuous improvement programs such as annual quality planning, lean six sigma improvement projects, quality audits, etc to achieve operational excellence
• Work with process owners to establish, implement and optimize key business processes to support company needs.
• Develop staff competencies through competency gap analysis and implementing the individual development plan

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering
• 10 years of senior quality management experience in precision engineering, contract manufacturing of complex semiconductor equipment, or wafer fab environment.
• Certified Quality Manager
• Certified ISO9001 & ISO14001 Auditor
• Certified Master Black Belt or Black Belt
