About the role

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of audit professionals and manage a portfolio of audit clients
• Oversee proper execution of external audit engagement including planning, execution of fieldwork and review of audit engagements
• Develop and maintain client relationships develop new business opportunities
• Involvement in functional areas and development of new service lines

Requirements:

• A recognized degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, Australia or equivalent
• Experience in shipping industry is an advantage
• Relevant experience with large/medium size public accounting firms
• Excellent communication, technical and interpersonal skills

Quality Director

Responsibilities:

• You will be part of the site Management Team
• Manage entire site Quality system which includes Medical system
• Responsible for all product quality issues, including managing internal and external communication on product qualities.
• Identifies on-going quality issues and makes recommendations to improve current processes
• Interfaces with customers, suppliers, engineering and operational groups on quality related issues
• Responsible to lead 5S & 6 sigma initiatives for the Region
• Provides training in statistical concepts and techniques
• Establish, review & approve quality control methods and procedures
• Plays a key role to provide guidance to site with respect to maintaining quality excellence

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electronic / Electrical Engineering or Quality Management with minimum 10 years relevant experience in Quality &/or Management capacity preferably in EMS environment & prior experience in handling FDA audit is preferred
• Excellent knowledge & implementation experience in Six Sigma
• Formal training in ISO Lead Auditor is a definite advantage
• Familiar with ISO-13485 & TL (Telecommunication ) system
• Strong skills in facilitation, analysis & problem solving
• Experience in analyzing of various processes barriers and using TPM methodology to drive improvements and inspection to support operations
• Candidates with Black Belt or Master Black Belt in Lean / Six Sigma will have added advantage
• Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal relations and deep passion for driving product quality are essential

• Manage a portfolio of SME audit clientele
• Ensure the audit engagements are carried out in accordance with the Firm's policies and procedures and with approved professional standards;
• Direct the performance of the work and resolve technical matters;
• Develop and maintain client relationships and identify new business development opportunities

Requirements:

• A recognised degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualifications
• Relevant experience of delivering audit and other assurance services in large/mid-tier international public accounting firms
• Posses practicing certificate or ready for practicing certificate application
• Strong technical skills
• Possess an initiative and analytical mind
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Internal Audit Director with the overall management of the Internal Audit Department.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of audit proposals through various platforms, ensuring they adhere to the specific requirements and standards outlined in each solicitation.
• Ensure audits are conducted effectively, meeting both regulatory standards and client expectations, thereby enhancing client trust and firm credibility.
• Lead and mentor audit teams, promoting a culture of excellence, adaptability, and continuous professional development.
• Produce and present detailed reports on audit findings and recommendations, tailored to support strategic decision-making for clients.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in audit standards and regulations, ensuring our services remain at the forefront of industry best practices and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Must possess professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CIA, CISA, ACCA full member, or relevant certification in the discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience (from audit or accounting firm) in internal auditing, with substantial exposure to audits of government entities, demonstrating familiarity with audit firm dynamics and client management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage audit teams in a high-pressure and client-focused environment.
• Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of auditing principles and practices.
