Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee food safety and hygiene practices across all catering & F&B operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of food production, storage, and preparation areas.
- Implement and maintain food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000) to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Train staff on food hygiene and quality standards.
- Investigate customer complaints related to food quality and safety, providing solutions and corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on food safety audits and incidents.
Requirements:
- Well experienced in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Food Safety within the F&B or catering industry.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s food safety regulations and standards (HACCP, ISO, SFA guidelines).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure compliance with food safety protocols.
- Good communication skills to educate and train team members on food safety practices.
