As a Senior Quality Engineer – Mechanical Parts & Complex Assemblies at MKS Instruments Manufacturing operation located in Kaki-Bukit, Singapore you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance of mechanical components and complex mechanical assemblies used in our laser-based systems. This role involves developing and executing inspection and testing protocols, managing inspection systems, and performing failure analysis activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dimensional inspection, troubleshooting complex mechanical parts and assemblies, and extensive ISO-9001 quality systems expertise. Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Inspection:

• Develop detailed dimensional inspection plans for mechanical components and assemblies using tools such as CMM, and optical comparators.
