Education and Experience Requirements

• A minimum experience of 2-3 years in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology in quality assurance, manufacturing operations or validation, ideally in a multinational company. • Support in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/ preventive actions for process related concerns.
• Analyze and provide timely respond to customer complaints.
• Interface with Customer and Operations to ensure new product transfer to manufacturing are in accordance with approved requirements.
• Prepare Quality performance metrics and reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Quality Management System in manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001. Knowledge of API Q1 is preferred.
• Strong command of English language, both oral & writing.
• Knowledge of metal working industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of risk assessment principles and methods.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Positive & proactive attitude.

· Minimum 3 years' experience in NDT works

· Possess NDT Level 2 Certificate in MPT Those with NDT Level 2 Certificate in UT and PT or welding experience will have an added advantage

Job Requirements

• Quality control of in-coming, in-process and out-going products
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 & 45001, FDA requirement
• Able to understand IPC requirement in PCB Assembly, quality requirement of plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping and machining parts
• Able to speak both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
