About the role:

• Revise and Review SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures): Review and update existing SOPs to ensure they are aligned with current regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the relevance of existing procedures and recommend necessary revisions or improvements. Ensure that all SOPs are thoroughly reviewed, approved, and communicated to the relevant teams.
  
• Review Executed MBR/EBR (Master Batch Records/Equipment Batch Records): Perform detailed reviews of executed MBRs and EBRs to ensure that all steps and activities have been completed per specifications and compliance requirements.
  Identify and document any discrepancies or non-conformances and work with the manufacturing team to resolve them promptly.
  Provide feedback and support for improving the execution process to ensure quality compliance.
  
• Support Manufacturing Team with Quality Interpretation, Queries, and Issues: Act as the point of contact for the manufacturing team to address any quality-related queries, issues, or interpretations of quality standards and procedures. Provide guidance on resolving non-conformances and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
  Work collaboratively with manufacturing, production, and other departments to ensure quality concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
  
• Provide Quality Oversight (GEMBA Walks, GMP Walks):Actively participate in GEMBA walks and GMP walks to observe and assess current manufacturing practices, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Monitor and report on the execution of manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to established quality protocols. Provide on-the-spot quality guidance and corrective actions when necessary to ensure adherence to GMP.
  
• Perform Archival of Quality Operations (QO) Documents: Manage and ensure the accurate archival of all Quality Operations (QO) documents, including batch records, SOPs, validation protocols, and test records. Ensure that archived records are organized, easily retrievable, and comply with all regulatory and internal standards. Assist in the preparation of documents for audits and inspections as required by internal and external regulatory bodies.

About you:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or manufacturing industries.
  Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, batch records, and other relevant quality control practices. Experience in document control, archiving, and handling quality documents.

Skills & Abilities:Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA) and GMP guidelines.
Ability to interpret quality-related documents and SOPs.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software (e.g., LIMS, QMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, count and distribute components to production team for monthly production usage
• Monitor component stock levels and report to Production Manager monthly
• Execute daily in-bound goods into warehouse effectively
• Perform inspections with QC team to ensure components' quality adhere to standards and prepare report for the Production Manager
• Maintain accurate production documentation
• Utilize Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data tracking and reporting
• Support production planning and control processes with the Production Manager
• Perform any other ad-hoc projects or tasks to be assigned by the HOD/ Management from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma in mechanical/electronics engineering or any relevant ITE cert/Technical skills certificate or 1-year work experience in electronics industry
• Able to read and understand electronic schematics and user diagnostic tools such as multimeter, oscilloscope and LCR meter
• Computer literate (Excel and Word)
• Good team player, possess initiative & ability to work independently
• Knowledge of SAPB1 Module is preferred but not a must
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 will be an advantage

About the role:

The Lead Resident Engineer shall be in the discipline of Electrical, Instrumentation & Control in delivery of large-scale power generation project. The Engineer shall have at least 10 years of relevant engineering experience in delivery of large-scale industrial/ utilities projects (e.g. waste, water, oil & gas, power) or relevant experience in delivering large solid waste management projects (e.g. WTE, sludge incineration, materials recovery and food waste treatment).

The duties shall include the following but not limited to:

· To work as owner’s engineer to lead the ICA project implementation at site.

· Assist Chief Resident Engineer in daily supervision and coordination duties for ICA discipline.

· Project delivery planning including time and manpower scheduling.

· Source and interview for Resident Engineers and Resident Technical Officers for ICA discipline

· Strong capability of specification capability for all ICA-related specification. e.g. DCS / PLC system configuration, topology and controller, RIO engineering.

· Enforce Specifications, International Standards, Singapore Standards and good practices

· In-depth of understanding for automation package for contract implementation of automation systems for WtE project.

· Contracts management of ICA discipline for the WtE project

· Review the EICA submittals from Contractors for Process like Waste Reception system, Incinerator-Boiler System, Water Steam Cycle, weighbridge system, building services, Enterprise Resources Planning, Communication Network Infrastructure, DCS, PLC, EMIS, PFMS etc.

· Essential understanding of P&ID of process engineering

· Liase with the Engineering Manager and the Project Technical Specialists on the review and approval of design submissions including calculations and drawings.

· Engage in Technical discussion EICA related issues with the contractor and client

· Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues with Contractors

· Define Inspection and Special testing requirements and ensure coordination of those efforts on all contracts

· Ensure the documentation fully complies with the specifications and standards

· Participate in HAZOP review, SIL safety and design for safety workshops

· Work with electrical team closely for all power and process interfaces

· Participation in FAT of automation equipment, DCS, PMS, PLC and RIO

· Provide Technical support in Testing and Commissioning of the plant.

About you:

· Degree in Electrical / Electronic/Instrumentation & Control Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board

· Registered as Resident Engineer with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore

· At least 10 years of relevant experience in design and construction of large Waste-to-Energy (WTE) projects or waste/water management projects in Singapore, particularly experience in power plant or WTE processes.
