Objectives of the position:

This role is for the Customer Quality Support for Company’s product distribution where Customer’s feedback & Product Quality requirements / issues are handled. The person will be responsible to handle Customers requirements such as complaints, test data & other technical information as requested. 1. Represent QA/QC department in 2G Management Meetings or other meetings required by Directors.

A. QUALITY CONTROL

1. Manage product complaints or non-conformances; thoroughly investigate process failure, determine the root cause, and take prompt corrective actions.

About The Role
