· Reviewed shop drawings, submitted from sub-contractor and made submission to consultants

Responsibilities:

• Liaise and work closely with the Main contractors on the planning and progress of M&E work to meet the project schedule.
• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications
• Prepare correspondence reports, suggesting corrective actions or value-added recommendations according to best practice when applicable,
• Responsible for keeping daily work record, including additional work claim to the clients.
• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

• Background in M&E works. Diploma or degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
• Min 10 years working experience and equipped with knowledge in M&E in a construction industry
• Be able to work independently and in a team
• 6 days work week and shift work during critical phase.

1 Able to read and produce mechanical drawings, electrical drawings and electronics schematic diagrams/ wiring diagrams；

2 Coordinate, schedule and supervise work assignments together with workshop supervisor;

3 Good team player, work closely with the project team to ensure specifications are met;

4 Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers and inter department personnel;

5 Submission of final costing to Finance Department;

6 Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors

• In-charge of submission and review of documentation

• To prepare cost estimation, budget & control & to check sub- contractor’s progress claim

• To plan manpower, tools and materials for the work

• Ensuring project meet deadlines

• Coordination of structural works during construction process

• Liaise with Clients, Consultants, main contractor, Subcontractors & authorities to ensure work progression is on schedule

• To assist Project Manager on coordination work, planning and monitoring site's workforce and multi-disciplinary works from inception to completion, inclusive of project documentation, plans and reports etc.

• To ensure the project team complies with safety regulation
