Role and Responsibilities

Quality Systems

1. Supports overall maintenance of quality systems

Training

19. Provides training for all employees on basic quality and statistical concepts

Job Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent experience in a field of study such as chemistry, business, accounting, engineering, etc.

• Certificate in Quality Engineering is preferred.

• Position requires 3-6 years of quality management experience.

• Good experience into customer & supplier audit and able to conduct training

• ISO 13845 experience will be added advantage.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of data engineering in Snowflake

3 to 5 years in upstream / downstream Retail industry and/or Supply Chain / Manufacturing domain

Sound Understanding of data quality principles and data governance best practices

Proficiency in data analytics languages like Python, Java, Scala, etc.

Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark and distributed computing frameworks to manage large scale data processing.

Proficient in using version control systems like Git for managing code and configurations.

SnowPro Core Certification and SnowPro Advanced Certification will be advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, etc.).
• Provide 24x7 standby support for emergency system issues and breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and repair security hardware, software, and network components.
• Assist with installation and setup of new security systems.
• Document all maintenance activities and system performance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years in maintaining security systems products (CCTV, access control, alarms).
• Hands-on experience with security systems maintenance.
  Knowledge of networking and system configurations.
  Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic systems.
• Willing to work 24x7 shifts and be on-call.

Responsibility

The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior:

Design and build the DWH database models (star schema).

Manage the semantic model in Oracle Analytics Cloud to provide a unified view of our organization's data.

Manage application roles and access rights for end users including row level security filters, to protect sensitive data.

Work with ETL specialists, IT business Consulting as well as external vendors to ensure data ingestion and integration into the database model

Collaborate with Business Controlling and business counterparts on new reporting requirements.

Ensure data quality, security and compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.

Ensure proper documentation of data infrastructure, data models, workflows as well as security concepts in accordance with internal security policies.

Skills

Looking for a Data Engineer more focused on Database modelling, Currently in Oracle environment and going forward with GCP stack.

Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing

Strong understanding of data modelling techniques and hands on experience building database models (star schema).
