Role Overview:
Join our client's dynamic team as a Software Engineer or Senior Software Engineer, where you will develop and manage cutting-edge solutions for SPI, factory line systems, and associated modules. Requirements:

• Proficient in C++, UML, and the appropriate usage of design patterns.
• Familiarity with Source Control Systems, Visual Studio, and Software Development Lifecycle.
• Knowledge and experience in hardware systems, real-time control systems, Unit Testing, Dependency Injection, and WPF are advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to balance functional design with time-to-market considerations while maintaining scalability and maintainability.

We’re searching for a Senior Engineer/Engineer to be part of our Product Engineering diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for yield, quality and reliability issues of devices.

What you will be working on:

• Resolve yield, quality and reliability issues in the qualification of new devices
• Perform pre-tapeout risk assessment and communication with Business line/ Fab on the necessary actions to eliminate/ minimize risk
• Conduct product yield analysis to identify root causes of wafer sort and final test failures
• Work with Customers and Account Managers to maximize die output
• Establish product low yield criteria and dispositioning
• Provide product engineering support to failure analysis lab for electrical fault isolation
• Provide product engineering support to reliability lab to understand and resolve reliability failures
• Compliance to safety, discipline and housekeeping rules
• Support cost reduction through yield improvement and resolving excursion
• Participate in continuous yield and productivity improvement projects

More About You:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant product engineering experiences in front-end wafer fab environment or
• In depth knowledge of semiconductor device physics, electrical & electronics engineering fundamentals & wafer fabrication processes

Job Description

· Project planning and management.

· Ensure timely completion of projects and execute project tasks within the agreed timescales and budget.

· Responsible for site supervision, safety, resource planning, coordination works and testing & commissioning.

· Plan, coordinate and monitor orders and deliveries.

· Work with sales team to ensure design plan and output meet customers’ requirements.

· Ability to handle combination of projects concurrently at times with respective project technical leads on-site.

· Liaise with customer, vendors, M&E consultants, and project team to ensure quality control, customer satisfaction and projects are completed on time.

· Initiate, implement, and document new processes/ procedures to improve quality, cost, and productivity of the project.

· Liaise with M&E consultants and vendor.

· Adhere to ISO procedures and standards.

· Handle ad hoc assignments or tasks as required.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business management, or related area of study.
• 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar position responsible for defining and managing project scope, timelines, profitability, and effective delivery of products or services.
• Experience in managing delivery of customer-facing and internally facing products or services.
• PMI or PMP certification or similar from an accredited organization.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with industry-standard word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software programs.
