Job Responsibilities

- Supervise Plumbing & Sanitary installation works.
- Discuss with Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors & Suppliers and Consultant if necessary.
- Documentation of method statement and work procedures.
- To develop, monitor, and review site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled.
- Manpower arrangement and supervise/manage site arrangement.

Working Day: 6 days per week

Job Requirements

Min 3 years experience in similar experience and managing a few sites.
Knowledge of Plumbing/Sanitary and Gas as an Advantage.

The Civil Engineer is responsible for supervising structural projects. They ensure each project is feasible by analyzing local and environmental impacts and making sure that they can be completed on time within the budget restrictions. Other duties and responsibilities may include:

• Considering budget, regulations and environmental hazards during risk-analysis stage
• Preparing material, equipment and labor cost estimates and confirming costs are within the budget
• Forecasting design and construction timeline
• Completing and submitting all permit applications to the appropriate agencies and ensuring projects are compliant throughout the design and construction stages

As a Specialist, Geotechnical with a broad range of high-level technical experience, you will work closely with the structural team to design various structure especially underground MRT stations and tunnels.

• Designing a variety geotechnical designs for ERSS, geotechnical and civil engineering projects, liaising with clients and other stakeholders.
• Detailed geotechnical design and analysis
• Ensuring that design, assessments and checking of designs are in accordance with the current Standards, Codes of Practice and Best Practice
• Review/checking/approval of designs, assessments and calculations in accordance with quality procedures
• Preparation of risk assessments and full compliance with DfS
• Coordination of work undertaken by external sub-contractors and design checkers and Client management
