Responsibilities:
Execute strategic GTM plans for products to drive sales and gain market share
Effectively increase product awareness through marketing campaigns, distribution education, creation of sales tools, and partnership initiatives by working closely with product managers, sales teams, compliance, and respective stakeholders to increase market segment share of the product.
Support development of product marketing value proposition, messaging, and marketing content for key target audience based on insights and data
Lead the creation of below-the-line marketing materials for product launches that demonstrate product USPs and how the product addresses customer pain points. Materials include but are not limited to the brochure, playbook, eDMs, webpages, short and long-form content, videos, etc.
Partner with other marketing team members and cross-functional teams (including Business Development, Product, Corporate Affairs, Segments, Business Analytics, Distribution Training, Events, etc.) to achieve the yearly business, commercial, and marketing targets.
Dedicated to excellent business execution, enjoy collaborating and teamwork to manage marketing deliverables, have an eye for details, possess an innovative and creative mindset, and strong coordination of timelines and budgets.
Manage post-implementation reviews, including monitoring KPIs, gathering insights and data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and key learnings for future campaigns.
Requirements:
Degree with at least 2 years working experience.
Good understanding of financial products and consumer needs.
Strong project management skills and an effective communicator.
Strong business acumen and able to analyses business performance reports (Advance MS Excel user)
Comfortable with working and learning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment."
