Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electronics Repair Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and repairing electronic equipment at the component level. This includes PCBs, UPS systems, power supply, servo packs, drivers, PC, and controllers.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose faults in electronic systems and identify defective components.
• Perform repairs and replacements of components such as resistors, capacitors, ICs, transistors, mosfet, memory chips, MCU and other electronic parts.
• Work on a variety of devices, including PCBs, UPS systems, Power supply, servo packs, drivers, PC and controllers.
• Use diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal analyzers for troubleshooting.
• Ensure repairs meet quality standards and equipment operates efficiently.
• Maintain detailed repair records and communicate findings effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in electronic component-level repair.
• Strong understanding of electronic circuits and schematics.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters).
• Familiarity with industrial electronics and systems like UPS, temperature controller, Power supply, PC and servo packs is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Smart Positioning/Localization: Research and Development of algorithms and signal processing for smart and seamless indoor positioning/localization systems
• Smart Communication: R&D of algorithms and signal processing for smart and ubiquitous wireless systems, including but not limited to WiFi, Bluetooth, UWB, mmW or NFC.
• Complete algorithm design and simulation verification for next generation products with multinational team.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master/PhD in EEE/Signal Processing/Computer
• Smart Positioning/Localization: Good knowledge or relevant working experiences on indoor positioning (UWB/WiFi/Bluetooth etc.) technologies
• Smart Communication: Good knowledge or relevant working experiences on wireless communication technologies (OFDM/MIMO/MODEM/CODEC etc.)
• Strong digital signal processing or algorithm design background
• Proficient in C/C++/Matlab/Python programming
• Exposure to IC design or wireless technology standardization is a plus

• Response to service calls within customer's stipulated service response time

Job Requirement

The candidate will be responsible for the management and maintenance of M&E facilities in a Grade A commercial building. You will oversee functions and activities of day-to-day M&E systems and suggest improvement maintenance plans, you will also be involved in developing, implementing, reviewing and maintaining the maintenance regime and process review. In addition, you are required to oversee the works carried out by the contractors and ensure minimal disruption to the building operation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support in the facilities management services, which include M&E support of the building
